Fabulous Phyllis at 75!

 Meet Phyllis, one of the incredible women featured in my 50 Over 50 Portrait Experience! 

Phyllis is a powerhouse of creativity, vitality, and wisdom at 75 years young. Born in the Hawaiian Islands, she’s had a successful career in real estate, and when the market took a downturn in 2008, she didn't slow down. Instead, she launched Halstead Helping Hands Estate Sales at the age of 65, and now balances both businesses with her unique flair! 

Phyllis believes that age is just a number and refuses to let societal norms dictate how she should express herself. She’s on a mission to speak out for older people and women, proving that creativity and vitality don't fade with age.

She’s a master at seeing the big picture and handling details, whether it's planning events, working with clients, or leading her amazing team. But it’s not just about business for Phyllis. She’s learned to balance her empathic and psychic abilities with her professional skills, creating a unique and personal touch in everything she does.

One of her most inspiring realizations is that life is all about negotiation, and she’s become a pro at asserting herself calmly and factually. Plus, she’s discovered that the best is yet to come, sharing that she’s had the most amazing experiences, including the best sex of her life, since turning 65! 

Phyllis’s journey is a beautiful reminder that we grow more into ourselves with each passing year. Her story is one of resilience, adaptability, and continuous personal growth. I’m so honored to share her incredible spirit with you all.
